Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reason:

• To make a booking at Cheedon Farm Camping & Caravan Site

 

We also may receive personal information that you give us about other people you wish to include on your booking.

We use the information that you have given us in order to process your booking application and issue a booking confirmation form requesting payment from you. How we store your information

Your information is securely stored on a computer database.

We keep your details for up to six years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting all email correspondence and records of booking confirmations.
